From its inception, Midwest Forest Products Company has been extensively involved in the construction of its machinery and its plants.   The company has a broad base of knowledge and personnel that can adapt its capabilities to the needs of the customer.  Midwest has extensive experience in chip mill construction having built three chip mills since 1977.  The latest of which was a mill constructed in West Paris, Maine for Mead-Westvaco with a capacity of 250,000 cord per year.  Midwest Forest Products Company has the experience to take a project from concept through construction to operation.
